In the factory's 3D printing intelligent molding workshop,there is no rushing molten iron,hot furnace,scenes of splashing sparks,no crackling sounds and laborious pouring.The entire workshop is clean and tidy,with a few workers operating the intelligent control system and managing the corresponding positions.Mobile robots in the workshop come and go,and will automatically avoid when they detect someone in front of them.

The reporter learned from the Intelligent Control Center that the 3D printer equipment in the workshop is equipped with mobile robots,truss robots,microwave drying equipment,intelligent three-dimensional library,etc.Each 3D printer has two sand boxes,and the forming size of each sand box is 2.5*1.5*1m.Tian Lihai said that this is currently the largest printer in the foundry industry in the world,and it is also the most efficient printer.The sand paver on the printer will first spread a layer of 0.44 mm sand,and then add a layer of curing agent,and then another print head will be drawn over and spray resin on the paved sand.A 3D printer can print a full box with up to 2000 layers of sand.The working box can print multiple sand cores at the same time.The optimized process can improve the printing efficiency,but the premise is to facilitate the subsequent truss grabbing.After the printing is completed,the operator calls the AGV on the printer side,and the AGV automatically sends the filled sand box to the sand box buffer line.

On the cache line,the work box that has just been printed will take 2 to 3 hours to finish hardening.Then the working box is automatically lifted after being sent to the sand cleaning station by AGV,the sand core coordinates are transferred to the truss through the intelligent unit,the truss manipulator grabs the sand core according to the coordinate system,and the sand core is transferred to the automatic sand cleaning room through the transfer trolley,and it is automatically air washed After that,it is transported to the side to be manually blown,and the sand core is checked and confirmed through the inspection APP.The qualified sand core is grabbed by the truss manipulator for dipping,and then the truss puts the sand core in the microwave front tray,enters the microwave drying equipment,and is dried and solidified.After the sand core is dried,the truss grabs the sand core and puts it on the three-dimensional library tray and sends it to the three-dimensional library.Afterwards,the smelting and pouring links also rely on machinery.The entire workshop has realized fully automatic operation from sand core forming to casting forming,greatly reducing the participation of manpower.Its equipment,technology,software,hardware and other comprehensive technologies are leading the world,realizing the industrial application of new casting technologies.
