On the morning of November 1, 2019, the opening ceremony of the Binglun Intelligent Molding Factory was grandly held at Yantai Binglun Intelligent Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. He pointed out that in July 2018, Binglun Group adopted the model of "3D printing, robotics and other innovative technologies + green intelligent casting factory" to build an intelligent molding factory, which was officially opened in November 2019. The factory is designed to produce 5,000 tons of high-end castings and 15,000 tons of sand molds per year. The per capita production capacity exceeds 100 tons per year, and the product qualification rate will exceed 96%. The factory operates in a fully air-conditioned environment, with constant temperature and humidity, environmentally friendly, no heavy manual labor, and production efficiency is more than 5 times that of traditional casting of the same scale. After it is officially put into operation, the intelligent molding factory will become a full-process intelligent 3D printing casting factory, ranking among the world's advanced.                        

 Binglun Group’s intelligent molding factory has realized linkage of five major information systems (ERP, MES, VCS, LIMS, intelligent unit), on-site visual management (establishment of enterprise operation command center and factory billboards, etc.); upgrading the information system of traditional workshops has promoted the formation of intelligent units The collaborative operation of FIU, smelting intelligent unit MIU, sand processing intelligent unit RIU and other multi-units improves the informatization level of the workshop; applies information technology, network technology and intelligent technology to all aspects of production and operation such as design, manufacturing, management, and service. Comprehensively enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness and build a digital demonstration factory in the foundry industry. From sand core production to casting molding, fully automatic operation is completed to realize the industrial application of new casting technology, drive the development of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and lead the transformation and upgrading of China's foundry.
