The new digital smart factory has completely subverted people's traditional perception of the foundry industry.The smoke and dust,the roar of machines,and the noisy human voice no longer exist.Instead,it is clean,bright,stable and orderly,and fully intelligent operation with a sense of technology.There are only a few staff in the workshop working on-site,because there is a rigorous and huge system supporting the operation in the background.When the data of the intelligent control center is transferred to the system,the follow-up work is automatically completed by each process,and the core making,sand cleaning,smelting,and pouring are all controlled online.
