Yantai Binglun Intelligent Machinery Technology Co.,Ltd.is a subsidiary of Binglun Environment(a listed company).The company was established in 1956 and has more than 60 years of casting production history.One of the"Thousand Key Foundry Enterprises in the Country".The company's products are mainly gray cast iron and ball milled cast iron.The products include machine tools,compressors,power generation equipment,internal combustion engines,pump valves,mining machinery and various castings,with an annual output of 30,000 tons of castings.,Precision casting processing capacity of 15,000 tons,has a strong competitive advantage in the domestic resin sand casting market segment,the products are mainly exported to Japan,the United States,Singapore,Sweden and other countries and regions,and the export volume accounts for 70%of the output.

3DP+digitization+intelligence full-process intelligent casting system research and development and application project,adopting"3D printing,robots and other innovative technologies+green intelligent casting factory"model construction,combining five major information systems(ERP,MES,VCS,LIMS,intelligent unit)Highly integrated,on-site visualized management(establishing enterprise operation command center and factory billboards,etc.),upgrading the information system of the traditional workshop has facilitated the coordinated operation of multiple units such as forming intelligent units,smelting intelligent units,and finishing intelligent units,which improves workshop information Level;apply information technology,network technology and intelligent technology to all aspects of production and operation such as design,manufacturing,management and service,comprehensively enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise,and build a digital demonstration factory in the foundry industry.From sand core production to casting molding,it completes fully automatic operation,realizes the industrial application of new casting technology,drives the development of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain,promotes the development and progress of the industry,and leads the transformation and upgrading of China's foundry.Realize green and intelligent casting.

Yantai Binglun Intelligent Machinery Technology Co.,Ltd.general manager Yu Benli,deputy general managers Xu Congshun,Tian Lihai and other business leaders attended the meeting.The evaluation meeting was presided over by Liu Shusheng from the Industry Development Department of China Foundry Association.Academician Shan Zhongde,chairman of the expert group,presided over the questioning and appraisal of the experts.Experts of the Evaluation Committee watched the video materials on the production site and listened to the project report.After inquiries and discussions,they believed that:

The project uses advanced 3D printing equipment,through the truss robot,the three-dimensional library and the VCS information interaction,to achieve automatic assembly;the application of the automatic batching system of the charge and the automatic 3T pouring machine with a height difference of 1050mm,forming a smart melting unit and Equipment IOT information integration;transfer the core package type from AGV(transfer robot)to the front of the furnace,use the box pressing mechanism to automatically compress the core package,complete the automatic pouring product,and realize the intelligent production of the whole process.

Using Internet of Things technology and various sensors,the factory's intelligent unit modules are built;using database and Ethernet technology,the upper layer is integrated with ERP,MES,VCS,LIMS and other systems,and the lower layer is networked with intelligent equipment to feed back production data and equipment in real time.Digitalized information such as operation,energy consumption,and environmental data enables fully automated production.

According to the five-layer architecture scheme of equipment layer,unit layer,workshop layer,enterprise layer and collaboration layer,a management platform with full-process virtual manufacturing VCS as the core and integrated with units such as ERP,MES and LIMS has been built.It has realized the fully integrated digital management of material procurement,process design and production process,opened up the data link with financial,office automation and other business systems,and formed a data-driven business model under the group management and control model.

Through the fusion application of advanced casting technology,information technology and intelligent technology,the project realized the key equipment of sand mold 3D printing intelligent casting factory and the digital control of the entire production process.It was successfully applied to the digital manufacturing of complex castings in the compressor industry and achieved good results.Economic and social benefits.

The evaluation committee unanimously agreed to appraise the scientific and technological achievements of the project,and the overall technology of the project reached the international advanced level.
