Company Structure
Yantai Moon Heavy Casting&Machinery Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yantai Moon Group as well as a holding subsidiary (000811) of listed Company Yantai Moon Co., Ltd. The Company hasnearly 60 years of history of casting production, and is one of the first “National Top 100 Casting Enterprises” and one of the first “Thousands of National Backbone Casting Enterprises”. It has four workshops, includingintelligent molding workshop, casting workshop, cleaning workshop and machining workshop, as well as more than 380 employees, and more than 40 of them are engineering technicians. The Companycan produce 25,000 tons of castings annually, including 5,000Tof 3D printing mold castings and 2,0000T of furan resin sand castings, and can also provide 50,000 hours of machining of precision machineries.
Product Category
The main products include machine tool castings, compressor castings, power generation castings, combustion engine castings,pump and valve castings,mining machinery castings. The casting production capacity, technology and equipment ofthe Companyare at advanced level in the industry.The products have been mainly exported to Japan, U.S., Singapore, Germany and other countries and regions since 1990, with an export volume accounting for 70% of the yield.
Technology Development
“Vermicular graphite cast iron steel ball grinding disc”, “vermicular graphite cast iron glass bottle mold”, etc. developed by the Company are awarded the Science and Technology Progress Award of Shandong Province, and “Cold Riser Neck Technology” studied and applied by the Company receives the Invention Award from TIPS China Division of the United Nations.
Main Equipment
The main equipment includesresin sand production line, automatic gas heat treatment furnace, 3T melting electric furnace, 5T melting electric furnace, large cleaning machine: 7m*7m*2.5m shot blasting and cleaning chamber; more than 400 equipment, including three sets of flexible manufacturing systems composed of7 large-scale machining centerspurchasedfrom Japan, 6 sets of 2.5*1.5 3D printers and automatic pouring lines,etc.
Testing Equipment
SPECTRO and OBLFspectrum analyzer, German Zeissmetallographic detector, GermanKK ultrasonic testing device, computer solidification simulation system, MT,PT and other NDT equipment, as well as far-infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer,oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen detector,60Ttensile testing machine,full set of sand inspection and testing equipment,stokehole thermal analyzer, and other equipment of mechanical property and conventional chemical analysis.
